Want to learn how to meal prep, but not sure where to start? Come and learn the basics of meal prepping at this hands-on workshop and take home food for the whole week! Workshop includes:

  • All food, packaging, and supplies

  • 16 servings (5 breakfasts, 5 lunches, 1 family - sized meal that serves 6)

  • Informational packet with cheat sheets, nutritional guidance, and other various resources


5 Breakfast - Omelettes On-the-go (create your own, with several ingredients to choose from!) 

5 lunches (FreshPrep Meals) 

  • 1 wild-caught salmon, green beans, mutli-grain medley 

  • 2 chicken sausage and veggie 'stir-fry' 

  • 2 Fiesta Chicken (seasoned chicken with beans, corn, peppers, onions, and lime wedges) 

1 Family-Sized Meal (serves 6) Zesty Paprika Chicken with Citrus Roasted Potatoes and Brussel Sprouts 

Please bring an apron, a chef knife, and a cooler bag/ice chest to take your food home in. If you do not have a knife, one can be provided for you.

When: Saturday June 16th

Time: 10:00am - 1:00pm

Where: Precision Prep classroom: 625 W Murray Ave (corner lot - additional parking on Johnson St.)
