This is a Meal prep workshop for busy people who have a family to feed and very little time to cook! Lauren Evangelo of Precision Prep (preecisionprep4u.com) will be lead this Make and Take Family Meal workshop. You will learn the basics of meal prepping and useful cooking and knife skills. We will take you through step-by step, how to prep 4 nutritious family sized meals to take home and eat that week or freeze for later.

This is a not-for-credit course. As such, you will not earn units and the class will not be reflected on your banner schedule or on transcripts. As a not-for-credit course, Financial Aid cannot be used to pay for or offset the costs of this course.
